Hello Dominik,

I've made a DOS executable of the skt preprocessor from Charles Wikner's
sanskrit package. The executable was compiled from the latest source file
with the latest bug fixes. The file at the URL below has the executable,
updated source, updated style file, updated docs, and a PS version of the
docs. Please the archive file on the INDOLOGY file server if you see fit.
