Query about a Panjabi (?) MS

Subject: Manuscript

I have this manuscript that has been refered to me and I was wondering if
you or any of your colleagues would be able to shed any light on it. It
resembles Devanagari, but the letters are unconnected - that's what throws
me off. I think it looks the most like Punjabi - but it doesn't fit
exactly. I think I am not able to read it because I am not familiar with
any handwriting - just printed. So, tell me what you think. I have six
